From an Initial Idea to a Fully Resolved Object or Environment
Our work begins with listening: to the client, the architecture, the use of the space and the material possibilities. From there, we develop a response that balances visual impact with construction logic, durability and human experience.

Because design, digital fabrication, handcraft, finishing and installation are coordinated through one studio, decisions are tested against reality throughout the process. Details are not treated as decoration added at the end; they are built into the project from the beginning.
Aaron Jefferson
Founder & Creative Director
An Atlanta native, he founded A+V Design Group to create work that moves naturally between design, art and construction. His practice combines spatial thinking, material experimentation, digital fabrication and hands-on making to develop commissions that feel architectural, expressive and deeply specific to their setting.

Aaron leads the studio’s creative direction, client discovery, design development and fabrication strategy. His work ranges from high-end residential interiors and custom furniture to hospitality installations, sculptural features and complex CNC-fabricated components.

Before founding A+V, Aaron spent more than two decades in hospitality, an experience that continues to shape his attention to atmosphere, service and the way people encounter a space. That perspective allows the studio to approach every project not simply as an object to be built, but as an experience to be considered from multiple points of view.
Vecky Jefferson
Operations & Client Experience
As the studio’s Operations and Client Experience lead, she guides projects from approval into production. Working across procurement, scheduling, client communication and project coordination, she helps ensure that the studio’s creative ambition is matched by an organized and responsive experience.

Her role strengthens the continuity between design decisions, material purchasing, fabrication milestones and final delivery, giving clients and collaborators a clear point of connection throughout the life of a commission.

Integration
Design and fabrication inform one another from the beginning, reducing unnecessary handoffs and protecting the integrity of the concept.
Material Intelligence
We select materials for more than appearance. Grain, structure, finish, movement, durability and fabrication method all shape the final result.
Originality
Our work is developed for a particular client and place. We are interested in thoughtful responses, not the repetition of a house style.
Precise Execution
Ambitious ideas become valuable when they are resolved carefully. Proportion, alignment, joinery, lighting, finish and installation are treated as essential parts of the design.
