Share the project location, desired scope, photographs or plans, target timing and anticipated investment. This helps us determine whether the project aligns with our capabilities and schedule.

We schedule a brief introductory call to discuss the project goals, general scope, timing, investment expectations and overall fit.

If the project appears to be a good fit, the next step is a paid design consultation. Depending on the project, this may include a site visit, measurements, documentation of existing conditions, a feasibility review and preliminary design direction.

We organize the findings from the consultation into a preliminary creative and technical direction. At this stage, we clarify the likely scope, materials, major construction considerations and anticipated project investment range.

Once the direction and investment range are approved, we prepare the project agreement and production schedule. The required deposit reserves the project and allows detailed design development and procurement to begin.

The approved concept is resolved through drawings, renderings, material samples, prototypes and construction details as required. Decisions are documented before the work moves into fabrication.

Our studio coordinates production, finishing, quality control, delivery and installation. We remain responsible for protecting the design intent through the final on-site details.
