Custom Built-Ins for a Lounge Designed to Grow with the Family
The brief for this family lounge called for custom built-ins that would feel right for the clients’ tweens while remaining suited to the home for years to come. The goal was a space the children could enjoy now and grow into, with a lasting design that would remain useful beyond their time at home.

Transform a residential wall into a bold, functional architectural feature through custom built-ins that provide both storage and display.
Design Challenge
The design needed to maximize functionality while maintaining clean proportions and a cohesive appearance. The distinctive color also required precise fabrication and finishing so the installation would feel deliberate and fully integrated.
Results
The completed floor-to-ceiling built-ins combine concealed storage, open display, and strong visual character. The result is a highly personalized focal point that adds function, architectural presence, and personality to the room.
